Brynn Adela Rumfallo was born on July 1, 2003, in Queen Creek, Arizona, USA. She is the eldest child of Ashlee Allen and Aaron Rumfallo and has two siblings, Noah and Sadie. She honed her skills at various dance studios, including Club Dance Studio, The Studio of Arizona, and Dance Deluxe. Brynn attended Queen Creek High School, graduating in 2021. ​
